There is one interesting thing in light. There is no time in photons. Theoretically, the photon can store information forever. The problem is how to get information out from those photons and turn that data into understandable form. 

That ability makes it possible to create new 4D optics. The 4D optics means. Quantum optics have a dimension in time. Photons that are trapped in the structure can store information that travels to it. The problem is how to control that process. 

And then deliver it when the system wants. This means that the photons must be put on the lattice. Then the system must make radiation or information affect them. And then the system locks energy into those photons. The idea is that the photons deliver information stored in them. When energy pumping ends. 

The light curve with the extremely long curve allows researchers to bring data from the past to the future. Photons must only trap information in them. And then the light must travel only a couple of light years when it comes to the sensor. This thing makes it possible to send information from the past to the future. 

Theoretically, this system requires a mirror that is let's say 1 light-year from Earth. The system shoots photons to that mirror. From a laboratory on Earth. Then the mirror returns that data to the sensor which can be in the room where data is transmitted. Another way is to use a light spiral whose length is 2 ly. That allows people to transport information to 2 years away into the future in the form of light. 

Things like photonic towers can store data through time. The photon tower can be layers of the photons. The system makes the new photon layer after a certain time. The thing is that photonics is not a very old technology. 

The problem with this tool is that. There must be similar structures between transmitter and receiving particles in quantum entanglement. The quantum entanglement requires that the receiving and transmitting particles are identical except their energy levels are different. 

The thing that makes the photon-size "Kugelblitz"-black holes interesting is that they can bring information from the future to the past. Theoretically, the quantum computer that can make the Kugelblitz black holes can bring information over time. The system can use the photons that are trapped in the Tipler cylinder. 

The fast-rotating plasma dilates time in the cylinder. Then the photons that are trapped in the frame get energy impacts. The system can simply be the camera that looks at the TV. Then the system uses superpositioned and entangled photons to transmit information to the past. 

There can be many applications in that system. The most fascinating version is the 4D optics that can transmit information from the future to the past. The system can use the superpositioned and entangled photon pair. 

The receiving part of that photon pair is at very low energy level. Then the system will transmit energy to the transmitting side. That allows to creation of a system that is like a net eye. When the photon's energy level rises they start to travel in time. 

The superpositioned quantum entanglement makes it possible to transmit information from the future to the past. These kinds of systems are theoretical tools that open our view through time. And if they someday become reality they can make many things that we have never seen before possible.

The WARP bubble is an area or sphere where light travels faster than outside the bubble. So basically the air bubble in the water is one version of warp bubbles. 

The simplest time machine is the so-called Tipler cylinder. The cylinder rotates with the speed of light. There is the possibility that the Tipler cylinder has a layered shell. The middle layer will rotate with the speed of light and the magnetic systems in both other layers will keep that cylinder in its form. 

There is the possibility that the Tipler cylinder is ion whirl. The Stonehenge-looking structure can make this ion whirl and the Tipler cylinder would be in the middle of the whirl. In some scenarios, the ion whirl that rotates opposite direction than the rotating cylinder makes the virtual crossing the speed of light. The impact speed of the outer shell and ion whirl can be faster than the speed of light. And if the cylinder's shell is magnetic. The magnet in the middle of the structure can keep that cylinder in one piece. 

The thing that makes time travel possible, is the so-called Einstein's paradox. When speed is speed of light time stops. And if something can cross the speed of light that thing means the time starts to travel backwards. When we think possibility of crossing the speed of light. That thing happens all the time. 

A particle that comes from outer space hits to atmosphere. It travels faster than photons in a very short moment when a particle slows its speed it sends a blue light flash when it delivers its kinetic energy. Same way, when a neutrino that travels through the atmosphere hits water it sends a blue light shockwave. So if we make craft travel faster than light travels in an atmosphere. 

That thing would make craft travel back in time. The problem with crossing the speed of light is energy starts to travel out from the object in a critical moment. Things like ultimate friction that forms when the craft hits gas form extremely high temperatures, and there is the possibility that this temperature makes the energy travel in the craft at the critical moment.  

In some visions the time machine that action based on time dilation can be made by using water. The idea is that the saucer- or cylinder-shaped system where particle accelerators will accelerate mercury or ions at a speed that is as close to the speed of light as possible. During that operation, the system makes the bubble around the craft. 

And when the speed of this Tipler cylinder or tipler saucer is about the speed of light, the system falls into the bubble. That thing should have a similar effect that water makes to the neutrino that hits water from the air. The idea is that the underwater Tipler cylinder will cross the speed of light for a short moment and that causes ultimate time dilation and the ability to send information back in time. 

Time dilation means a situation where the energy level of a particle or object rises high. The energy level determines time dilation. So if the system must only travel forward in time to the future. The system must only stop time in it. This can happen by using the particle accelerators or putting the outer shell of the craft to rotate as close to the speed of light as possible. Reaching the speed of light is impossible, but if the system sends energy impulses to the craft that thing will compensate for the energy loss. And that will stop the time. 

If the saucer-shaped craft is surrounded by a hoop that is a particle accelerator that system can make time dilation in the craft. And by using this method there is the possibility that time machines can travel to the future. But taking information from the past is difficult.

The problem is that the system must cross the speed of light. That it could return in time. The answer could be the ultimate friction created by falling WARP bubbles. The system creates empty bubbles in the air or underwater. And then it falls that bubble. When a fast-rotating shell or ion flow impacts water or air it causes ultimate friction and the hoop or particle flow around the object can send energy impulses to the object. 

Time dilation and Nikola Tesla's time machine are interesting things. When we talk about things like time dilation. We must remember one thing. In time dilation the question is about energy, and when the system pumps energy to the object, that dilates time in that object. Theoretically is possible to make a disk-shaped craft that will rotate extremely fast. 

In some models, the system will put in the henge, and then the plasma layer that the system makes around that platform isolates it from the outside. Then the system pulls as much gas or ions away from the plasma dome that surrounds the saucer-shaped craft. After that ion ring will be put into an orbit saucer. In some versions of that crazy plan, there is a mercury ring that travels in the accelerator. 

When the speed of that metal ring is near the speed of light, the system will remove the dome from the saucer. That thing should create ultimate friction that impacts energy to the ring and then that ring sends energy impulses to the saucer. In some other visions the fast-rotating plate where mercury impacts light and radio waves through the plasma dome to the craft increasing its energy level. 

The system must make a hole in the plasma dome so that it can pump energy to that saucer-shaped system. The idea is that the system will cross the speed of light on the border. The system benefits from the same effect that the neutrino detector uses. The idea is that there is formed a WARP bubble in the air. 

Then the particle accelerator makes the ion or liquid metal hoop that travels faster than it could travel in the atmosphere. And then it makes air or water touch with that structure.

What if engineers will connect rocket engines to the Tipler cylinder. And then send it to travel to Alpha Centauri with the speed of 50% of the speed of light. If the rotating speed of the core of the Tipler cylinder would be 90% of the speed of light. And its speed to target is 50% of the speed of light. That thing means the speed of the cylinder's core is 140% of the speed of light. And that thing can make the time travel backward in the cylinder. 

The problem of aging of the crew of the interstellar spacecraft is solved by accelerating craft to speed that is the speed of light. But the problem is that this thing would not stop the aging of the people outside the craft. And if the interstellar spacecraft will travel to the Alpha Centauri with the speed of light. That takes four years to there and four years back. That trip will minimum of eight years. 

But if the craft will reach the speed that is 50% of the speed of light the journey to one way takes about 8 years. And the entire trip to Alpha Centauri and Back will take 16 years. But the time can dilate in that kind of capsule "quite easily". The core of the craft can put to rotate with the speed that is almost the speed of light. And that thing stops the aging of the crew. But the question is what if the core of the capsule starts to rotate with a speed that is 90% of the speed of light. 

And the speed of the capsule would be 50% of the speed of light. That thing makes the situation where the virtual speed of the craft is 140% of the speed of light. And that thing could cause the situation that time can turn to travel backward in the capsule. If that thing is possible the craft is turning to the time machine. And the crew would simply return to the point in time where they left to trip. So that thing could make it possible to travel in time by benefiting the Tipler cylinder. 

WARP-bubbles and quantum entanglements are the things that might solve the problems of interstellar travel at least partially. I WARP-system the craft is pulling the particles of the universe to it. And that thing allows the craft to travel faster than the speed of light. The warping technology means that the universe creped or warped. And that causes the light or the craft should travel a shorter journey than otherwise. 

The quantum entanglement can cause the situation. Where the particles of the exhaust gas can tunnel through the quantum channel. And that thing could make it possible to create exhaust gas that travels faster than the speed of light is outside of that channel. That thing is possible because the speed of light depends on the environment. 

The theoretical wormhole is basing a similar effect with quantum entanglement and quantum tunneling. There is a couple of versions of benefiting wormholes in space travel. One is that the spacecraft itself goes to the wormhole. And another is that the spacecraft is driving the particles from its engines to the wormholes. The last one requires only the creation of the quantum-size wormholes. And in those wormholes could be possible to shoot particles or wave movement. 

The thing is that there is the possibility to stop the time in the space capsule by putting its core rotating with the speed of light. The core of the Tipler cylinder is put to rotate extremely fast. And in some cases, the magnets are pulling the core inside. And that thing keeps the structure in one piece. The purpose of the magnet is to deny the effect of the centripetal force. But the other version is to cover the outer layer of the craft by using the rotating plasma field. 

Maybe it's possible to create a system that allows traveling back in time. Theoretically traveling with a speed that is higher than the speed of light makes traveling to the past possible. In some WARP systems, the bubble where the craft is traveling would be the plasma ball. And that plasma is put to rotate with the speed that is almost the speed of light. 

This kind of system requires that the capsule has two cores. The outer core must isolate from the inner core. And that would make it possible to create the condition where the plasma or something like that is virtually crossing the speed of light. That effect should make the craft travel back in time. But these kinds of things are purely theoretical.

The problem with the wormhole is what its looks like?

When we are thinking about the form of the Einstein-Rose bridge, we can ask is it a single form. In some models, the mythical Einstein-Rose bridge is only the stretched black hole. 

Or is it a series of quantum-size black holes? The first version of this theorem is that the radio ray that travels in the magnetic field will turn to a black hole. The form of this mythical structure is the extremely powerful electromagnetic field. That powerful electromagnetic field forms in the electromagnetic wormhole. 

And the electromagnetic channel is pressing the electromagnetic fields inside it. That extremely thin and thick electromagnetic field forms the tunnel through space and time. If we are thinking about the energy channels like magnetic tunnels through space. 

There is the possibility that magnetic stress along with the high speed is stopping time in the particles. In that case, the time is stopped only in particles that are traveling in the electromagnetic tunnel. So maybe the wormhole is a virtual phenomenon.

In that case, the hypothesis is that. Radiation of the black hole causes that some of the particles are starting to superposition. When the first particles are starting to form the black hole. 

That black hole starts to superposition itself to other particles. And the needed energy for that process is coming from the black hole that is the end of that channel.  So they are starting to make quantum entanglements through the magnetic channel. 

Is wormhole the Tipler cylinder? The ion whirl where ions are whirling around magnetic channel with the speed of light?

The magnetic whirl can create the Tipler cylinder. If the particle would travel in the Tipler cylinder where the core is rotating with the speed of light with extremely high speed that thing allows the virtual crossing of the speed of light. The fast-rotating ions would stop or dilate time in that form. 

In some other versions, the whirling ions are turning the magnetic channel to the Tipler cylinder. In that magnetic channel which is surrounding the whirling ions the time would stop. And there is the possibility that the particle would travel through that channel and return to the moment where it began its journey if the speed of the particle is high enough. 

Is the wormhole the chains of the quantum-size black holes? 

In another version, the wormhole is a series of quantum-size black holes. In that version extremely small black holes are forming in the radiation of the black holes.  And they are making chains through the universe. 

When the extremely small black holes are forming they are superpositioning to the particles near them. And the reason for that is that the radiation from those black holes turns the other particles into black holes. 

The thing is that the black holes that are in the electromagnetic channel are turning to each other. Those quantum black holes are forming a series of superpositioned and entangled objects. And those superpositioned and entangled black holes are creating the energy bridge between two black holes. 

Or maybe the oscillation of two black holes is making it possible that there is forming the quantum channel between those black holes that are oscillating with the same frequency. The thing is that at the first there is forming an energy channel between two black holes. Then that energy channel starts to press the particles inside it.
