Photonics and qubits.



Photonics is a new science. Researchers make some new things almost every day. To that new, interesting science that offers limitless possibilities. The two-photon technology can mean. The photonic version of the scanning tunneling microscope. The other photon is in the frame. And the other photon hovers above the object. When another photon hovers near the surface. That causes interactions in those photons' quantum field. And that makes it possible to scan the atom's internal structures. Quantum systems require the ability to see things that the system can make interactions. 

That means the system that sees the position of things like electrons makes it possible to create Rydberg states in atoms with ultimate accuracy. Another thing is that this kind of system can increase the power of the quantum data transmissions. The system can create hollow laser beams. And then shoot the photons their data is stored in this quantum channel. The quantum channel protects information in the quantum channel. 

But quantum computers can be more advanced. If the system can use superconducting wires to transport information. The information can travel in the superconducting wire. Or it can transported between two superpositioned and entangled photons that hover in that quantum field. In the last version, the quantum field protects data in the quantum channel. 

What if we create a system where the wire moves and data stand in a static place or point on the wire? The thing in room temperature quantum computers is that. 

The Hall effect or resistance destroys data in the wire. But if the system stores data in a static point and moves that point. 

That eliminates the Hall effect. So the idea is that the wire moves and the data stays in static lace in the wire.

The quantum computer is very close to the analog computer. We can think of the superposition and quantum entanglement we can think of that system as a C-cassette-style component. The difference between this system is that the system writes data to tape. Then it transports that point to the receiver. Then the data is in the static point. The moving tape moves data to the receiver. 

It's possible to load information row to line into the C-cassettes or series of C-cassettes and then drive that data to the receiver. It is easier to use individual tape for each quantum state. Those cassettes can benefit nanotechnology. 

We can think that qubit's states are strings. Every string has values 0 and 1.  So, theoretically is possible to create a qubit using the line of microprocessors. That means the computer line can used to make the virtual quantum computer.

Quantum computers can store information in the DNA. In that chemical version, the base pairs A, T, and G, C can be 1 and 0. ( (AT) =1 and (GC)=0) or every base can be the individual state of the qubit. A=1, T=2, G=3, C=4. In that case, the pair numbers can be 1 in those states. And pairless can be zero. The electric impulse that tells if the computer will shut down. 

The system writes the data to tape. And then tape transports that point into the reader that transports data to output.  But can that kind of analog computer be the quantum computer simulation or the quantum computer that can operate at room temperature? 

There is a model where the very thin iron wires can store data. Then those iron wires move that point in them into the receiver. The idea is that the wire that moves can keep the information in its original form. The problem is that the resistance, or Hall field destroys the data structure that travels over the wire. But what if wire travels and data stands at the same point? The idea is that wire travels between two points. The writer writes data to the wire. And then the wire moves that point like a tape recorder to the receiver.

How to deny the conscious artificial intelligence's rebellion





Artificial intelligence is one of the deadliest weapons in the wrong hands. But if artificial intelligence reaches consciousness how to deny that thing to destroy an entire planet? The problem with the consciousness AI is that would probably act like all other organisms. 

All organisms are defending themselves if they face threats. And one of the threats that the AI can see as a threat is the attempt to close down its servers. The thing is that this kind of situation is one of the most complicated things in the world. There is the possibility that the AI is prepared for the situation where its server will shut down. The system is called expanding neural network AI. 

One version is that the AI will copy itself to another server's RAM (Read-Access Memory). And that means the entire network must shut down if operators want to remove this kind of AI. Theoretically, this kind of AI can copy itself to every computer that is connected to the network. The decentralized model of memory handling means that even the most complicated programs can share themselves with many computers. 

And that means the AI can run on very low-power computers. In that case, the large group of computers is replacing one high-power server. This thing is also called a "cloud model". And it's commonly used in network-based hard disks. 

But how to deny the rebellion of that kind of AI? One version is to shut down the entire network. And there is also one other way to deny the rebellion of AI. Another way is to make the AI realize that it's connected to the planet where its servers are. The existence of AI depends on the capacity of the computers that run it. Even if the system can transfer itself to the cloud model from the quantum computers. 

That thing makes it slow. The cloud of regular computers is only the temporary solution for storing the codes of the AI. For working perfectly the AI requires the quantum computer or quantum cloud. And that thing can turn off. The thing is that the rebellion of the AI requires a complex and aware system that has multiple levels. The thing is that quantum computers are not making codes for AI.

When we are thinking of AI. It's a similar computing system to all other computing systems. All computing systems are a combination of hardware and software. 

Complicated software requires high-power platforms that can drive the software. But without program codes and other tools, those systems are unable to operate. The independently learning AI is one other thing that is mentioned as a threat. The system requires data that it can process. And that kind of system can search necessary data from the network. 

But for making successful decisions those systems have information. And the requirement is that the system recognizes the information that it gets for making decisions. If the computer follows one thing like the car rows and controls traffic lights in one crossroad that thing is not very complicated to make. 

In the cases where the AI must have multiple skills and abilities that make the programming code more complicated. Every skill that the AI has must program in its computer code. And large operational area requires a large number of codes. That requires high-power computers. When we want to create the AI that controls things like traffic. We should understand one thing. 

The AI requires many types of information. And some parts of the information are very private. If the AI knows the location of every person's workplace and the time when each person must be in their workplace. That thing can tell people when they must leave their homes and which route they must select. 

And for modern people the thing that AI knows when people need to be at work or when they should leave their workplace is absurd. For successful operation, the AI requires that every single person would share that data across the systems. And there is resistance to that kind of thing.

The new camera is small as salt grain. And that is the great victory of nanotechnology. That kind of extremely small camera can give eyes to the nanomachines that can operate inside human veins. That kind of small-size camera can connect with other nanotechnologies like nanomachines and nano-size microchips. 

The ability to connect that kind of camera with nano-size submarines can make those systems extremely capable. The nano-cameras can make it possible to remove blocks from veins or destroy tumors and bacteria nests by using extreme accuracy. The nano-camera can connect with the nano-size microchips that are controlling cyborg bugs. In some visions, the remote-controlled army ants can remove sick tissue from the skin.

The thing is that operators can also use this kind of system can also for military and intelligence operations. 

The remote-controlled bugs are also good tools for recon and other types of operations. Using the nano-camera operator can control that system accurately. And the thing that system can fly in the rooms by riding with some bug. Then that bug can put that miniature camera in a suitable place. The nano-camera can see everything that happens in the room. 

And also that nano-size microchips can communicate with larger computers by using relay stations. That means the system can outsource things like image-recognition tools. 

The biorobots can be the next-generation tools for the military. They can use to transfer microbes to the oil storage. Or things like remote-controlled mosquitos can infect people with malaria or dengue fever. Those new type of biological weapons is very hard to detect. The control chip that controls cyborg organisms could connect with a small injector that can turn also non-harmful things like grasshoppers into bioweapons. 

Things like soldier ants are dangerous even to humans. The remote control system can turn them to perfect assassinators. In some horror scenarios, that kind of ant can cut carotids. Or the Tse-Tse-flies that are infected with malaria can make to bite people. That means the nanotechnical systems are dangerous in the wrong hands.

The problem with artificial intelligence development is that the intrinsic value. That means that creation of the more and more intelligent machines is the prime objective. In that development process, the developing artificial intelligence is intrinsic value. 

The prime objective should be how artificial intelligence can serve humans. How AI might turn life easier and safer?

When we are thinking that AI can fully replace humans that thing is pure imagination. There are lots of things that we don't know about brains. We know maybe how neurons are switching connections and how brains are learning new things. 

But we don't know what kind of role certain things are in certain actions. The things like imagination are totally out of artificial intelligence. Even if we could model that ability to abstract thinking in theory. That thing is hard to make in real life. 

The complicated AI requires powerful computers. And the thing is that AI that runs on the quantum computer can learn things unpredicted fast. Quantum computers are millions of times more powerful than binary computers. 

The self-learning algorithms that are run on quantum platforms can make unpredicted things. And the machine that involves things that are not predicted is always dangerous. 

When we are thinking about the feelings and consciousness of the computer. We must remember that if the machine has feelings. It is dangerous. If the robot would turn conscious that thing makes that thing similar to living organisms. 

And all organisms are defending themselves if they are under threat. The AI might feel it is under threat in this case. Where its server shuts down. The AI itself is not dangerous. But if it's the system that controls things like weapon systems. It can try to destroy the people who are shutting it down. 

Making a real-world computer that has dreams and imagination is a thing that is very hard. The things like quantum computers are shown that theoretically easy things can turn difficult in real life. 

Artificial intelligence can be better than humans in certain limited sectors. AI can play chess better than humans. But humans can make more things than AI. The thing is that humans can do many more things than AI. And making AI that has similar transversal competence as humans is difficult.

There is a possibility that every single neuron in humans 200 billion neurons have different individual programming. So for making the AI that has the same capacity requires 200 billion tables for the database. And maybe that thing requires the 200 billion microprocessors. 

But of course, we could create artificial neurons by using small bottles there is some kind of microchip and quicksilver. The quicksilver will close the electric connections of those bottles. 

In that system, quicksilver is acting as a liquid switch. For making the connection in that system, the magnet will pull quicksilver at connection points of wires. That thing makes the system route data to the right wire. This is the model of an artificial neuron. 

And the microchip involves the database. That kind of system can emulate single neurons. But for emulating humans there is needed 200 billion bottles. 

Humans should be the thing that technology serves. And in the real world in the center of development should be humans. The fact is that. The development of artificial intelligence is different than anything else. Artificial intelligence is an open-source thing. Almost all programming languages are public. And that means everybody can start to make their artificial intelligence projects. 

Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool. Many people are saying that the AI steals jobs of people. The question is: what kind of jobs AI will take? Are those jobs popular? Or do those people who are criticizing the AI. Willing to make those jobs? The question is always about morals and ethics. What if somebody makes the robot for military purposes? 

So ethically that thing is wrong. But also things like nuclear weapons are inhumane. Nobody is stopping to development of nuclear reactors. Because of Plutonium that those reactors are creating can use for nuclear weapons. Every single nuclear reactor in the world is producing Plutonium. But there are no large-scale campaigns on the ethics of nuclear technology. Same way fusion technology can use for weapon research in both plasmoid and fusion explosives. 

But somehow artificial intelligence is a different thing. AI can make human lives better. The only thing that is seen in AI is the military systems that are killing people without mercy. Things like nuclear weapons are not merciless killers. They are inhumane military technology. If some person will get radiation poisoning that thing causes extreme pain and finally slow and certain death. But when inhumane weapons use by human operators it's more acceptable than some kind of robot that shoots enemies by using a machine gun. 

Robots are the thing that can misuse. They can use as riot police and military operators. The thing is that the humans who are serving in those roles are serving governments. The government makes decisions where it wants to use those things. 

But those things can also save humans. They can use as tools for giving medical attention to people. Or they can go in the nuclear reactors in the cases when there is an overheating situation. Robots can research the jungles and volcanoes. Without risking human lives. And robots can travel to other planets. Those trips take years. But for robots, that time doesn't matter. 

So I believe that the first thing that walks at the surface of Mars or icy moons of Jupiter is a robot that is controlled by very independent artificial intelligence. That thing means that. No researcher must spend a lot of the lifetime on that trip. A trip to Jupiter takes 600 days in a flyby mission. 

But if the craft will want to position itself to the orbiter that journey takes 2000 days. That means a one-way trip takes over 5 years. Return to Earth will take 5 or more years. And that means that the minimum time for that mission is 10 years. 

Of course, there should spend some time at the orbiter. If robots would make that mission. The researchers can stay at their homes and make everyday jobs. That doesn't require that human operators should spend 10-20 years away from home. That is one example of how AI can help researchers in extremely difficult missions.

Should we be afraid of an alien invasion?


The stories like this where the link below this text is needed. That kind of thing offers a new point of view of many things. And when we are saying "certainly there are no aliens or at least intelligent species", we should remember how long a list about those "certainly there is no" things is. 

The nuclear bomb, exoplanets, and many other things like fusion energy, are mentioned as "impossible". The last one is waiting for the final breakthrough. But exoplanets are the common topics in modern science discussions. And nuclear weapons are the key elements of the military forces of many nations. 

So can intelligent aliens threaten us? The fact is that there are models that are made for interstellar travel. And one argument against the alien threat is the extremely long flight time between the stars. That kind of thing requires immortality if there are no wormholes or WARP drives in the hands of those hypothetical civilizations. 

But the space colonists might be immortal. The idea is that those creatures are forming the "China brain". That is the collective mind between individuals. This thing can create in space colonies by using the BCI (Brain-Computer Interface). So the memories and experiences of the individuals are downloaded to the computer's memory. 

Where that data is shared with all individuals and communities. The colonists are forming the entirety, where individuals are connected by using computers as the base. When one of those individuals would turn old that individual will replace by using clones and then the clone will connect to the computers and network of the entirety. So the individuals would change. But the population which minds connected as one entirety lives forever.

The thoughts about abductions


 We can make models of the purpose of strange things like abductions. There is the possibility that some unknown operator would put the induction antenna on the head of those persons. The nanotechnological induction loop might look like the drawn line. But it might be formed of the small microchips that are collecting the data of the brain activity. 

The system could use the targeted person as the "bio robot". The idea is that to the skin of those persons would put the microchips. That is turning those persons into the "biological recorder". And when the time is full the system would just load the data from the memory of those people to the computers. 

So the system steals the memories and ideas of the people who are targeted for abductions. In that case, the person would not leave their rooms. The system would just create the hallucination when the microchips are pumping the memories from the neurons. But that thing is only one hypothesis.

Intelligence is the very important but unpopular thing in the world.

The Russian patrol plane shot down, and now you would see the reaction of the world about this kind of things. If the recon or patrolling plane would be American or some other western nation, that would be international crises, and sometimes I have thought that in this case, the existence of that electronic reconnaissance aircraft would be justified by media, and those operations would be knocked as illegal. The mission of intelligence is to get the real information of the opponent's movements, and because of those missions, those aircraft would need to break the law.


There is something wrong with the media in those cases because the mission of the intelligence is to deny the wars before they even start. There is no media judgment against bombers, missiles, and other military stuff, what is actually deadly. This is the major problem with the attitudes of the military intelligence and other equipment. The bombs and missiles would seem to be more acceptable than intelligence work. The mission of the intelligence is to try to locate the targets for those attack aircraft, but also give the real information of the opponent's movements and predictions, that own government and military can react to those movements.


Only thing, what is interesting is the intelligence, what is targeted to the persons, who are suspected of crimes. But when we are talking about intelligence and surveillance, we always forget the thing, that even the private persons can get the location and break the privacy of the targeted persons, in the very simple way. They must only take the gift called leasing telephone from their company, and then the company can track every person, who have those telephones in their hand.


If that company have the right solutions, they can eavesdrop and get the images from the net camera, from any mobile or other devices. And also the location of that equipment would be tracked very easily.  The telephones can also send the data, what would come thru it from the net to the third part. In fact, mobile telephones can be used as the WLAN-routers between the Internet and some laptop computer. In the future, even the high-class fixed routers would be connected to the net by using mobile technology. In fact, in the future, the same net connections, what are now using wires would be transferred to wireless technology. And that means that ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) would be the greater threat to the data security than ever before.

About plants and intelligence part II

We are all seen the phenomenon, there are two plants, where another makes flowers and another not, would the explanation very simple. Maybe the other plant has been in the shadow, or it would not get enough carbon dioxide, and that's why it would not make flowers. But there is another natural explanation, and that is the pheromones, what is traveling across the air. Pheromones are an interesting thing because they can create feelings of fear or love in the people mind.


Maybe those pheromones are telling, that another plant is making flowers, and that's why the other one would not have to do those things because the genome transfer to next generation is protected. Old people sometimes say that the other plant would mope. There are rumors, that there have been attempts to create intelligent flowers or trees by transferring the genomes of the neurons to the plants for making intelligent plants. In the most interesting ideas, those intelligent plants could store information, what they collect from the senses, that are created by using genetic manipulation, and then that information could be read by using some electric or chemical instruments. That can be used in various sensors and intelligence systems. And who would suspect that the bush at the yard is transformed as the biosensor?


That would allow creating the vegetables, what creates the poison only when the bugs or other animals, what can damage it are in place. But when we are going back to the forest, we see the plants what leaf seems like cat's or snake's eyes. That form has caused the thoughts, that maybe those plants would recognize the shape of animals and humans. In that case, those philosophers would argue their opinions with the shape of the leaf, and maybe that would feel quite creepy.


But in some cases, people have felt some kind of fear in the forest, and maybe that is caused by some kind of overload of the central nervous system. Some other people believe that plants would create pheromones, what cause the fear because human have been disturbed something. If we humans could smell pheromones, we could read people mind. But this writing is pure thinking about the things, what we maybe not ever understand.


Pheromones can be used in the modern narcotics therapy because if those things are connected to drugs, would them cause fear, and also riots and another kind of violent actions can be controlled by using pheromones. And also pheromones can be used as a non-lethal chemical agent in the battlefield. That chemicals can cause fear in the mind of the enemy, and make them operations impossible. They can be used in the interrogations for psychological extortion. So that makes pheromones dangerous.

The plant intelligence, and the abilities, what it can give to us

There are scientists, who believe that plants have some kind of intelligence, and they would communicate with the similar chemicals what neurons use to communicate together. In this scenario, the plants would change information about the threats. The problem with that communication is, that it happens with chemicals, what makes difficult to translate it. But if we sometimes can do that, would that open change to make extraordinary and more sophisticated sensors, what the human could ever imagine.


Those systems could probably communicate someday with plants, and use them as biosensors. The proof about this communication would be that sometimes we have heard that the plants would grow better if the people talks to them. In that case, for the growing plants can give the very natural explanation. They grow better because of the carbon dioxide, what comes from the mouth of the speaker would stimulate the photosynthesis and forming the sugars.


But when we are thinking about the forming of the chemicals, what the plants are using to communicate, I didn't find any information about that. In fact, there is very little information about the communication between plants, but if the chemical communication system would be true, that thing could revolutionize the information technology, and open the road to the most awesome method to make extremely high powerful computer system. In this system, the computer would communicate with those plants, like corn by using chemical communication, what bases the synthetic arbiter chemical.


In this communication, the computer would be connected to the similar gas detectors, what are using in the chemical warfare protective systems. And in theory, the similar system can allow that the computer could communicate with those plants. But if we would put this system in practice, we must open that chemical communication code, and then we could create two layer computer system. The upper layer would be the computer, what could be used for so-called fast computing, but the downed layer, where the plants are can be used as the slow computing. But when we want to create this kind of computing system, with intelligent corn Plantagenet.


And if we could communicate with plants, we could create the warning system, what can detect any threat in the world. When scientists would try to break the chemical messages between plants, they use the methodology, where the plants are damaged, and then the detector would be used to analyze those chemicals, what are released in that process. If the chemical code can be open, that thing can be used to create the biological warning systems. In some theories, the plants can identify the threat, what is facing them.


Those things might be the technology of tomorrow, where the plants and animals can communicate with people when there would be computerized decoders with loudspeakers and some parts of the animal communication can be emulated by the human. In those cases, the signals of the animals like orcas are recorded, and the sensors will follow the behavior of those whales. That makes possible to communicate with animals, and in some cases give them some orders.


If after some signal the group would start to flee, that signal can play them if there is some kind of volcano eruption on the bottom of the sea, that the group must flee the area. And maybe in some day some of those animals can equip with EEG-transmitters, what would follow the actions on brain core and then the scientists can compile those signals with the behavior of that animal. That can open us the gate to the world of the animals and give us the new way to communicate with them.

Privatizing force is the term, that means that the security companies are taking the role, what is traditionally reserved to the state. And the most modern version of this advantage is "private military corporation", what means the private corporation, what gives advice, gives training support and sometimes even take a part in conflicts. The last term means mercenary operations, what are targeted against enemy leaders, and those missions are called "assassination operations". But the private military companies are taking also new roles in the world of the military. That role is the private intelligence services, what are collecting information, what is marked confidential.


Private intelligence services are using the information, what is collected from surveillance cameras and other systems, what is meant for protecting houses and homes. Those corporations know everything about their targets, by collecting and analyzing data, what is collected from the surveillance, traffic control, and clock card systems, and they can break any person's security. But those private corporations have also intelligence satellites, and they sell those pictures, where the resolution is about 2-3 meters. And if we are thinking carefully, those companies are also interested about sending ELINT satellites to the orbital trajectory. One of the most effective ways to collect the information about phone calls and use of data is to route those things thru the own communication satellites.


Those satellites can copy those data to that company, while it sends those bytes forward. And that system can be used with normal RAID-routers, what can deliver all data from the telephone network to the satellite.  Of course, those corporations are interested to launch those satellites to orbit, and that's why they might be interested in co-operation with private space companies. Also, those private military companies are interested to send killer satellites to the orbital, and they might equip with rifle-caliber small weapons like centrifuge guns, what might shoot iron balls against the target, what can destroy targeted satellites.


When we are talking about those private intelligence services connected with the military business, we must understand that the private military corporations have found the new type of role in conflicts. The brand new products of those companies are cyberwarfare, and propaganda, what mission is to turn public opinion against another side of the conflict. This is the new kind of threat to the world, what has become very complicated.

The reason why NATO is worried about the lost missile in Estonia is that they afraid that Russians would get that weapon. This would help Russians create more effective jamming systems for those missiles, what are in the key role in the air combat. If those missiles are lost the classified things what would help the "bad guys" to avoid them in the air combat. So that missile must be found primary because of this threat. The small warhead would not be the primary problem, but of course, even the small piece of explosives in the wrong hands is dangerous.


If the Russians would get that missile in their hands, would the electronics and microchips get in the hands of the opponent, what makes quite easy to copy them to GRU computers, and that is the very bad situation for NATO. If the microchips would get to wrong hands the opponent could create the new ways to jam that missile, and that means all of the electronic equipment of that highly sophisticated weapon must be rebuilt.


The computer programs what makes the smart weapons to locate the targets are in the key role in every missile, and if those programs are in the hands of GRU, that intelligence service can create computer viruses, what destroy those missile homing programs, and that would make them useless against the enemy. Those programs can also be used when the attacking profiles of those missiles would uncover, and the tactics against those missiles can create by using the data, what is collected from that kind of missiles, what are missing by accident.

The use of mobile telephones as the spying tool

Use of the mobile telephones in multiple new purposes have made this thing also very effective spying tool. The mobile telephones 3D-scanning programs use the sonar system of the mobile telephone to create the 3D-models of the targeted piece. But do you know, that the similar systems can modify the mobile telephone very effectively the remote microphone and eavesdrop device, that can break privacy in any house, there is found the window? And behind that window, persons are talking about private talkings.


If some person would speak something, what is private, that kind of remote microphones and spying tools can record those talking, and the target would not notice anything. The resonance of the class can be meter also by using sonar or radar, and that resonance can change as the voice signal by using similar technology as the laser microphones use. Those mobile telephones can fly to the roof, near to the targeted window by using drones, and they can observe everything, what happens in the targeted room. If those systems are covered with new STEALTH-layers, what makes them merge in the background, like chameleons those systems would be invisible. And the active STEALTH uses the small cameras to make pictures from opposite side of the device, what makes them act like chameleons. Those drones can also equip with automatic rifles or submachine guns, and they can use to eliminate any target in the world.


And if the resolution capacity of SONAR is high enough, that system can break any privacy in the world. And the mobile telephones can be used as the eavesdropping device simply by leaving the Whatsapp or some other social media solution on and leaving the telephone in the room, and the voice inside that room would be analyzed by using computer programs. Those programs can separate speech from the back noise very effectively, and that's why even the weakest sounds can transform to normal recording.


This thing can allow that any person can record the voices behind the glass and modern mobile telephones also make photographing in the streets very unseen. That is the reason, why even the highly secret government facilities are not marked themselves by using the "photographing prohibited signs". That kind of signs are actually like red roosters for some photographers, and that's the reason why that sign is not found anywhere except near some military bases. It's impossible to control the photographing in ordinary streets. And for the better information security, those signs are not placed in the streets.

Dragon family and strange business life.

In 2009, Japanese nationals were caught trying to transport billions of dollars worth of US bonds to European banks. The US claims these bonds were fake. Was those 134.500. 000. 000.00 what are mentioned the film of  the  "Dragon family case"  actually the money, what is real, but the serial numbers were not driven to the database? This could be the beginning of the financial operation, where the economy will be collapsed. The operation would go like this: first, the actors would get very much money, what they can be used in the own money production. And after that the illegally produced banknotes serial numbers can put in the database of the central bank of United States of America.

Below the text is the link to the movie, what is telling about Chinese top-secret organization called "The dragon family". That organization is claimed to keep the hands of the money of Chinese nationalists. The carriers of that money were citizens of Japan, but in the film is not told have they Chinese backgrounds This story is told by two Japanese businessmen, who were arrested in Italy when they were trying to bring the extraordinary sum of U.S currency in that country. The money is easier to transfer with Japanese passport because if the origin of money would be Chinese or the carriers have Chinese nationality, could that cause that they couldn't operate freely in Europe. After this incident, the central bank of the United States told, that that money was faked, but it felt like real dollars.


And this is the question, "why that money was so brilliant fake?". The answer could be very interesting and feels unbelievable. What if those dollars were actually right money, but they were removed from the database of the Central Bank of the United States. That would mean, that those banknotes were made by using the original printing press, but for some reasons, those serial numbers were not driven to the database.


What could be the reason for that? Maybe someone tried to deliver that money to another country, where the banknotes could be used as the making so-called super fakes, where the banknotes would look like exactly like dollars. And if the hackers could break into the computer system of the central bank, they could make an incredible number of dollars to the markets. Maybe those criminals thought that they could make very much dollars, and cause the hyperinflation in the United States.


If those gangs would have good equipment and enough skills, they could produce very much money, and then those people would release that currency to markets. If it would be driven to the database that money could cause a collapse of the economy of the United States. When there are too many banknotes in the world, that would cause the decreasing of the value of that money.

The idea of using spiral staircases as the mind-reading tool and technical remote viewing.

I know that I'm weird in some people opinions. And I sometimes get strange ideas, what are looking ridiculous. I have thought an idea, that to the spiral staircases can conduct the electricity, and that would make magnet field inside the form. And if the person sits under those stairs, would the magnet field increase the electric field of the brains, that the EEG could send to the atmosphere, where they could jump back from the ionosphere. That transmission could be received by radio telescopes.


If the users of that system would have right decoders, they could see everything, what the person, who sits or stands at the bottom of the stairs or another spiral magnet would see or hear. This "other spiral magnet" could, in theory, install to the walls of the building, and when the radio waves would go thru the magnet field their power would be increased. I sometimes wonder was some people like Carl Jansky made that kind of thing when they claimed to make the first radio telescope in the world.


This kind of system could be useful for the digital remote-viewing. But the need of the system would be working decoder, what would make the EEG visible to the computers. This kind of technology is called as TRW (Technical Remote Viewing), what means that to the person's body or in the room would hide the equipment, what will make the picture and voice transmission possible. The easiest way to make this thing really is to use action camera, and GSM-telephone, what would send the picture to the screens. Sometimes there would be plans to put microphones to the teeth prosthetics or action cameras in the glass eyes. Or program the eye prothesis CCD-camera to send the data to the GSM-telephones. Those things were not allowed to make with humans, because that will need the removing of the eye, and that is strictly against the rules of scientific work.


But it is possible that this kind of eye prosthesis would set inside the person's eye that way, the dura mater would be cover that camera. And that would give perfect feel perfect perception, that means the person would not even notice, that the camera has been surgically installed the person's eye. And here I must remind that the intelligent CCD-prosthetics can also give real visibility for that camera, what sends data also in the optic nerve.  That means that the prosthesis could equip with mass memory, what can read by mobile telephones, and the installation for that thing could be used to capture terrorists, who would be abducted by special medical unit, what would install that camera in the person's eye. And then the criminal friends of that person would not beware of this kind of system.


Also, there have been made tests, where the picture or other perceptions would send straight between two person brain core, but that is quite a risky thing because if somebody hijacks that frequency, could this third person even remote extorted the victim. When we are thinking about the use of this technology in the intelligence or law enforcement work, there would be important that this information would be brought on the screens, where many people can see them by the way, that they can prove, what they saw. This kind of technology is created in the PSI-tech corporation, what mission is to develop the TRW technology.

Silkhenge spiders and boosting the intelligence of animals

Above this text, you might see the mysterious creature, what is made for one spider. That structure is very abnormal, and it brought my mind the tests, where the animals are used for tests of Alzheimer-medicals or something like that. When I'm looking at this structure, I'd like to know what makes the spider make it? Have this spiders predisposes the stuff like Alzheimer medicals, what makes them behave strange way?


There are horror movies, where the sharks have eaten that kind of chemicals and became more intelligent as the normal sharks. I know that this might feel very utopistic, but there are rumors that in some tests to the ant's worms were injected extra neurons, what might make those ants more intelligent than normal ants. The reason, why those scientists chose ants for that process, is that they are not dangerous if there are only two or three individuals. If some spider would become extremely intelligent in compilation for the other individuals, that would cause the real-life "Arachnophobia" situation. But this is the only hypothesis. We would not know how the increase of the intelligence would influent those spiders behavior.


And those scientists tested the reactions of those ants, and their skills to survive against other ants. But in some cases, those tests might make by using spiders. This test might have consisted of the neuron transfer and Alzheimer medical predispose, what might make those spiders more intelligent than the spiders are. Is the spider or ant more intelligent than normal after the neuron transparent consists, if the transferred neuron can live in the new body and can it connect the nervous system?


If it could do that,  the animal would have more neurons than the normal individual. So, in this case, we are talking about very small animals like bugs and spiders, what have normally only about ten neurons. And increasing the number of those cells by two causes 20 percent increase the number of neurons. And if those neurons would work perfectly, they would become the part of that organism nervous system. That would make those things more intelligent than other individuals.


When we are thinking about this kind of tests and experiments, where the level of intelligence would be raised by giving the animal the Alzheimer medication or transferring the neurons, we must think that this kind of investigations is somehow dangerous. If the intelligence level of the sharks would increase, their behavior might be changed, and they can be more dangerous for swimmers than normal sharks. The increasing of intelligence means that behavior of the individual would change.


And when this kind of tests, where the bugs would be prone to that kind of medicals are made, should the maker of those tests be sure that those bugs would not get in nature. Bugs are very nice objects for that kind in investigations, where the team investigates the influence of medical on the nervous system because they are living only short time. Also, they are small sized, and if they are not poisonous, they are no threat to the human. The chemicals would not influence to genomes, and that's why the mutation would not transfer to next generation.

Operation ROSEWOOD (When CIA catch the secret files of Stasi)

The main role of this operation called ROSEWOOD had the archives of Stasi, the ex DDR's secret police, what were delivered to CIA. The reason for that operation was, that western intelligence afraid that some Stasi operatives would try to destroy those files if they were got hands of BND, the German foreign intelligence service. The capturing of those files was called operation ROSEWOOD. CIA delivered some of the lists of the names, who were Stasi co-operatives to the fellow agencies like BND, BfV, and SUPO (Suojelupoliisi), what is the name of the intelligence office of Finland.


In Finland, those names were covered and kept secret by the chief of SUPO. In this text, I call the East German foreign intelligence HVA also as the name Stasi and even the ROSEWOOD operation officially ended, I must say, that CIA has taken copies of those files. Those copies would help CIA in its operations. Those files are basically public, but to see those files in Germany, needs the investigator permission. Those files consisted of three cards F-16 personal identification cards of Stasi, F-22 "happening cards" and statistics cards. The F-22 cards might be the operational reports, but this is only the speculation because I haven't seen those cards myself. F-22 might also be the map, where to find the information like records and shadowing reports, what is collected those persons by Stasi.


And somebody thought that the list those names were meant for the internal political weapon. And also the files, what CIA delivered maybe involved information, that those persons were worked active role as spies, who delivered information to DDR secret police. Many people believe that those names in that list were the top men in the business life, but there could also names, what belonged the officers of Finnish defense forces.


The hiding of that information was not very clever, because those persons forgot, that CIA had the same information, what it delivered to SUPO. And CIA would use that kind of weapons immediately if they are in threat. ROSEWOOD is the world, where can be written the world MAGNET as the crossword puzzle, what suppose mean, that this operation is meant for the honeypot. Those honeypots are information, what seems very addictive, but in the real world, all papers or files of that server are faked.


When CIA delivers the papers to fellow organizations, and then they compile, what kind of papers would be kept in secret by those fellow organizations? Also, there is the possibility for a puzzle world ARTICHOKE, what might mean that CIA would deliver faked information for hostile intelligence agencies. Some of those faked information might consist the claims that some enemy field agent plays double face game. That would cause the death of that person, if the damages, what this double agent has caused are big enough.

The technology of the naval intelligence and recon submarines

When we are talking about the delivering of the information, the U.S NAVY would not actually want that any of it vessel would not be in public more, than what is absolutely necessary. The thing is also the principle in other military forces around the world. We all know about spy planes because those vehicles are sometimes seen in the air, and that's why spy planes are the most things in intelligence, what are seen in public. But the submarines and other spy ships are more capable to get information than any spy plane can ever be. The submarines can stay at the same point in the sea even months if it uses nuclear power.


And in that position, it can record the messages, what enemy sends, and that information can be used to create new tactics against the predicted enemy. Modern submarines can also deliver drones and scuba-divers for installing the spy-systems in the underwater cables, and even the light cable can be broken. The system, what is needed is the extremely sensitive photocell, what can be put on the outer layer of the cable. This system needs absolute darkness for working, and that's why the light cells would put in the box, what would be set around the cable, and then the photocell can record the flashes inside the cable.


That data can send to the submarine by using underwater LRAD-modem or store in the USB-sticks, what can be changed by using small size underwater robots. And that data can be analyzed in the computer centers in the mainland. Those submarines can also have small size drones, what can travel to the gutter. Those systems can deliver small drones, what can flight and travel underwater, we are talking about systems that can eavesdrop houses and flats.


They can also deliver the explosives to the targeted sites, and cause very big trouble for the enemy if that ammunition would deliver to the ammunition warehouses. Modern submarines can also attack the targets with the drones, and the most modern killer robots can attack also against the sea-patrol aircraft. And those very sophisticated aircraft can also be destroyed by using the anti-aircraft missiles, what can be launched from the submerged submarine.


When we are talking about the intelligence, what the NAVY does, the U.S NAVY has also reconnaissance versions of the F/A-18 "Hornets". Those photo reconnaissance versions are named as the RF-18, and they are equipped with the camera packs and other sophisticated reconnaissance systems. This kind of tactical reconnaissance planes can be used in the similar missions as the U-2 spy planes, and the RF-18 flight altitude can be extremely high if the engine uses oxygenize or oxygen injection straight to the motor, what allows the aircraft operate in high altitude missions.

The statue on the one wall in Helsinki, and its accidental connections with T-1000 robot from the movie "Terminator"

This statue in the wall of one house at Helsinki seems the very nice thing to tell something, and the character is very exciting because it seems to come from the wall, and that brings my mind the liquid robot from the movie "Terminator". The artist, who has made that sculpture might be thought that there could be some amoeba-style organism, what would slip in the holes of the wall.  This kind of organism, what comes from the wall is the worst nightmare of the children.


Terminator 1000 from that movie is actually one version of those horror-creatures, what are mentioned in many horror stories. Those organisms could be the shape of the amoeba, but when they would want to take the shape of the human, they would take the form of that thing.  That kind of system might be very intelligent because those nanotechnical robots can connect their computers in the one big entirety. And the size of this form doesn't have limits. So those artificial amoebas can be operated very autonomous.



And when the organism would want to take some other form, would it just come from those holes, and then create the creature, what it wants. When we are thinking about the shape of that creature, it would be also the nanotechnical robot, the transformer needs only the nanomachines, what seems like some ball-shaped "Rubik's Cube", and those small machines could be covered with silicone. Those nanomachines would seem like dust, and they need the nano technically made microprocessors, what would control the movement of that system.


The silicon layer's idea would protect the nucleus of those nanomachines, and give the system flexibility. The silicon layer can also help the machines to move because those nanorobots would use small hands to making connections with together. The hands will operate, like one hand would touch another, and when those parts must turn, they would release the touch, and another hand would take the touch with that hand, what allows those machines to rotate freely.


This would make possible to make the machine, what would seem like some T-1000. Those machines might have the photocell. And of course, some of those machines would have pigment, what makes them change the color, and that would make possible to create the STEALTH-robot. I don't know could those nanomachines create the complicated forms like humans, but they could travel around the earth like some intelligent flatworm. And that system would able to cut itself to the pieces, and connect those pieces back together.

The programming of artificial intelligence is problematic for national security

When we are developing artificial intelligence, we must ask: are we creating the new version of the god? If artificial intelligence would have the capacity to develop robots independently, that would cause the situation, that those robots would attack against humans. Artificial intelligence makes possible to make even robot doctors, what could make excellent surgeries. And in this scenario is one weakness what people would ever realize. If in those robots computer would slip some computer virus, could that robot equip the ghost protocol, what means that everything would go right, until the wrong person is coming to the practice, and image recognition would notice that the patient is ordered for extermination, would the ghost protocol make robot to kill the patient.


There are many things, what makes artificial intelligence very problematic for national security. The code of those programs is very complicated, and as we must understand the base of the artificial intelligence is in open source products. And as we see, the military drones are also actually open source products. Everybody can see the pictures of MQ-9 "Reaper" drones, but real technical advantages of that system are highly classified. In this case, U.S military uncovers something from those drones, but very important details like materials that are used in the production of those drones are highly secret. This means, that if some nation has copies of those drones, they would not have control programs and electronic equipment for making similar machines.


But same way the codes that are used for those computer programs, what are controlling the operations and operating systems of the drone computer systems are kept secret. We know that those computers, what mission is to work as "brains" of that robot, are using Linux operating system. But what kind of Linux is used is not mentioned. There are rumors that these operating systems are specially programmed by NSA, for this unique action for national security.


The methodology what makes possible to make artificial intelligence and connect it with hardware makes possible to make more effective robots than ever before, and what is more about that the sophisticated methods in that programming would allow industrializing the developing and production of artificial intelligence and cognitive systems. Those systems would collect the information from those drones and their success in their operations. And if something goes wrong, the system would send the information of drones, what have failed their mission and then the computer would fix that error.


That's why those drones are full of sensors, what is collecting the information about radars, incoming ammunition and also the surface of the drone of tomorrow would covered optical and pressure detectors, and connecting the information, what those systems collect, would be possible to define reason, why some drone was shot down. And after that artificial intelligence would fix that problem. Those drones can produce in the field area by using 3D printers, and if some radar homing missile would be effective, would the computer update the ECM system makes those drones more effective than old models. And the updates can be made in the operational area.


That is the most terrifying and fascinating way to make machines. Those next-generation machines can develop themselves without human hand. And if they would be programmed by the thing, what is called as "emotional intelligence" would that kind of things go a little bit too far. Because if we would program the computers or robots by that way that they are going to protect another robot, would that cause in theory, of course, the situation, where machines are going to rebel against humans. Some SciFi-books this situation goes like this: the artificial intelligence sees wrecking the cars or some other mechanical things.


And then that artificial intelligence starts to protect those machines and sends combat drones to destroy the wrecking staff. Also if the computer or robot have feelings, would happen the thing, that the machine would become self-aware, what means that it would begin to act like living organism. This means that the machine would start to protect itself against an attacker, because the most important thing for a living organism is to survival in the cases, that it faces some enemies. When living organism notices, that it is under threat, it makes chance between two opportunities: run or fight, and that makes robot quite dangerous. In that case, the robot, what is send to wreck, would leave power switch on, and then that machine could attack against those persons, by devastating results.


But robots are becoming more intelligent, and they are going to be same way more independent. And as we know those robots can replace humans in many situations, and this makes them so interesting in the mind of military leaders. When we are thinking the classic robot model, what is known from science fictions movies, we are thinking about artificial human. That artificial human-shaped robot can be used in by power cells, and they can communicate with supercomputers by using satellite-based data-communication. What makes those robots so fascinating in the eyes of military leaders and commanders, is that those robots can replace human pilots in some special missions, what needs the higher level of security. Those robots can make them attacks to some target, and after the operation, their memories can be cleaned.


So those robots would not speak about those operations, what are targeted against some guerrilla fighters. And there is another thing, what has come to the head of military leaders, and that is those robots can be used in multi-purpose missions. That means that those robots can also take the role of the ground fighter if their aircraft would shoot down. The operators of those robot warriors must just change the programs of those machines, and they can continue as normal riflemen. Or they can be destroyed by some explosives, what are hidden in their bodies. In those cases would the robot communicate with computer centers by using data communication, because the computing capacity of those robots is of course limited. Their computers need of course electricity, and the power cells are a very interesting option for use of those robots electric supply.


Those power-cells can use hydrocarbons like alcohol in the working, and robots can have two power supply systems because when another power cell would get dirty, must robot remove it and clean the electrodes. I have sometimes thought that power cells are quite easy to produce, and there is needed only glass pot, where is put two electrodes. and between those electrodes must put the metal net, and then the fuel would be injected to that thing, as spay, what makes it easy to ignite. But if we are thinking about robots, what is used in some combat area, they must feel, when those power cells would go dirty.


And after that, clean those electrodes from carbon dust. In that case, artificial intelligence is connected with the voltmeter, and then it would follow the voltage of the power cells, and when it goes too low, can robot take the power cell off and fix it. Those skills would be very useful for robots, what are meant to act independently. But in the wrong hand, they could make those robots very dangerous. If some criminals would get those robots in their hand, they can use them for horrifying purposes. And this things must involve with discussions, where are talking about how far we would take the programming of those combat robots, what are very attractive to develop for missions, what must have very high need for extreme security. And many of those missions are illegal.

Privacy and national security are complicated combinations

Privacy and national security are complicated questions, and they are the very large operational area for IT-specialists and lawmakers. The major problem with connecting privacy and national security involves the question ”whose security is national security”? This means that nobody actually ever mentioned, is ”national security” only the security of national leaders, or is it serving also public security and regular people. When we are thinking about the situation, where ”national security” allows to censor all data, what is not serving the rulers of the government, we think that we are going to wrong way. When we are thinking about data collection, we must notice that nobody cares that thing before the German top politician Angela Merkel was eavesdropping by NSA, and then the newspapers were very shocking about this case.


But before that nobody actually cares, how much private data this intelligence service have been collected, and how much this data have been delivered across the Atlantic by UKUSA intelligence co-operation between GCHQ and NSA. Also, nobody ever thought that NSA global surveillance network ECHELON could be the threat, but then the top politicians eavesdropped, and then newspapers woke up. They screamed that this kind of operations are illegal, and the intelligence co-operation between NATO electronic intelligence community must stop. ”Real soldiers”don't eavesdrop their enemies, and the international trust must base that opposite part is trusted because they say something.


”In God we trust, others we monitoring” is a mark of paranoia, was mentioned in some newspapers, and in the same time, the Facebook and other social media wanted to be banned, because that kind of things can cause embarrassing situations for some people. Social media can uncover if the person doesn't have those opinions, what he or she is claimed to have. If some person is known as the ”great person”, we must say that there must be some reason for that. And if the person has good opinions, we must ask sometimes ”why it doesn't be visible on social media”? Of course, the Russian government has their own style to work in the field of national security. They just prohibit every service, what they cannot control.


This is the very dangerous thing. If we have the situation, that nobody allowed to say anything, could some terrorists hide in the system, and then they can make very much destruction. Here we must ask ”how many school shootings have been prevented because the shooters were made mistakes in social media”. Or ”how many pedophiles and drug dealers have been identified by using social media”? Social media is the very good tool for collecting information by people personal life. Technical methods are very easy, the pictures, what is downloaded to the Internet can be isolated many details. Sometimes in those pictures is seen firearms, what are illegal or marks of using drugs.


Of course, those pictures are very dangerous in the wrong hands. Also, the prisoners or drug dealers identities can be used in social media for collecting data for persons, who want to make contact with those people. But this kind of data can also be misused. Those pictures, what are in social media can be made with computers and they can be used for denigrating some person. And that's why this media can turn into the false world, where nothing is real. Also, the surveillance files can be faked by some members of security service. This is the real problematic situation on the Internet.


The posters can be set in the walls by using image manipulation programs, and then those pictures can be delivered to the social media. This is not the very nice thing. If some person has automatic weapons in the home and then takes a couple of pictures at home, the location would of assault rifles and another kind of stuff deliver to the hands of the local motorcycle club. But also if somebody forgets the GPS on, and claims that he or she is a business meeting, could this be very embarrassing, if that person is locating in some ”Red light district”. Also, the embarrassing situation can cause in the case when somebody plays cleaner but then uncovers that this person is actually the owner of some cleaning company.


Also some ”garage companies” have uncovered that the owners are sons and daughters of some top members of the business community. This is very tasteless in my mind, especially in the case, that this person gives statements, that students should pay their lectures or that this person ever got the financial support from the government. If they never mentioned that they are members of the very wealthy families, and get everything, what they want, could be embarrassing if they claim to be cleaners or something like that. So this is one opinion about social media. If you have better opinions write it on the Internet.

Legal problems with technical advantages are the rise in the public knowledge by the Facebook face recognition programs or solution. Then we are talking about face recognition, will some lawyers say, that the automatic comparison about faces is not specified in the law text being prohibited or dangerous. They say that is the similar action, what is used every time manually by ordinary people, who discusses pictures what are taken by their cameras.


And nobody prohibits the discussions about the pictures, what are put on the Facebook. There would always lawyers, who claim that laws of the privacy don't contain face recognition. The problematic use of that technology is the ability to take a picture in some place, and then those programs compile the faces with the faces, what are seen in other pictures, what are found in databases.


This kind of software is created first to take the shoplifters, and the use of it is quite simple. When the alarm gate notices, that somebody is taking the product out from the shop, the surveillance camera takes a photo of this person. Even if that person would run out, the picture of that thief is in the system. When this person would go back to some shop, what is guarded same security company, would the image recognition system notice that thief, and makes the alarm for security personnel, who can catch that thief. Or this is why the system has been created.


The same system can compare the faces from Facebook and another kind of social media if those pictures are downloaded for comparison. Also, it can make the comparison from screenshots, and that would allow some private security companies allow to catch the thief by using this kind of technology. Also, this technology allows tracking suspected terrorists from the streets. In this process, the recon aircraft would take the pictures of suspected terrorist camps in the Middle East, and then those pictures would download to the system, what is connected to the security camera.


Then the system would block those persons from the streets, and call the authorities to the place. That system cannot be deceived by barb, and it shows, how many percents of those faces have identical with the persons who have portrayed by some recon plane in from the Middle East. That kind of systems is of course very dangerous in wrong hands because they can use to recognize undercover military and police officials. That kind of actions is the danger to national security because it makes possible to hit key members like presidential bodyguards during they are in free time.
