Could viruses be more active than researchers expected? 

Some viruses might be more active than nobody expected. The bacteriophages can even swim to their target cell. So in that case virus will not just wait for the cell it swims to its target. This ability is suitable for bacteriophages that are hunting for bacteria from nature. 

There is the possibility that some viruses have a more complicated data-analyzation system than nobody expected. We know that the DNA plasmid of bacteria can operate as the chemical brain. But the new research shows, that also the DNA or RNA of viruses can act similar way, as the DNA plasmid of bacteria. 

So also, viruses might have this kind of chemical computer or chemical brain. The chemical brain of viruses could also have some kind of sensors. The proteins that form viruses could act as sensors and at least some viruses can swim to their target. 

The reason, why some people believe that especially bacteriophages must swim to their target is that those viruses must find the bacteria that are not resistant to those viruses. If viruses have this swimming ability they could revolutionize medical work. That ability makes it possible to create intelligent medicines that DNA or RNA controls. And this thing can make it possible to create also small but complicated nanomachines. 

When we look at the form of bacteriophages. It looks like a tiny space rocket. And the small feet of the virus can also help it to track the cells and swim to the target. The idea is that when a certain molecule hits a certain point of a virus. It activates an electrochemical reaction that moves the feet of the virus. And the form of the virus helps it adjust the direction where it moves. 

Then this genius system turns the virus upside down and makes it to "land" over the ion pump of the cell. The ion pump pulls the bottom of the virus to it. And then it simply pulls the genome of the virus to the cell. Or there is a possibility. That there is a cutter enzyme at the front of the DNA or RNA of the virus. When a virus touches the core of its victim it shoots its genome straight through the cell.

The researchers are made the very first biorobots that can self replicate. Biorobots are genetically engineered organisms that are programmed to make some missions. Synthetic DNA or RNA makes it possible to create organisms that can make many things. As an example, they can take the stem cells to the right position. 

The self-replicant biorobots can use to fix the damages in organs or blood veins. The robots would be the bacteria that are homing to the walls of the veins. And then they can turn to the part of the veins or they can connect to other nanomachines. 

The synthetic nanorobots can carry the cells that are making fibrine. And that kind of system can make the web that can fix the damages in the blood veins. The self-replicating biological robots which operations based on synthetic DNA can clean large areas from toxic waste, they can destroy cancer cells or fix the damages in the body. 

The genetically engineered bacteria or genetically engineered immune cells can destroy the cancer cells. The bacteria can home to the cancer cells and start to create enzymes that are destroying those cells. The system bases the idea that when the cancer cell steals mitochondria from the immune cells they would infect it by using the virus. That virus can destroy the cancer cells. 

The thing is that there are many purposes what nanotechnology can make. Genetically engineered organisms can make almost everything. And nanotechnology can turn into the perfect weapon. The difference between a perfect cure for cancer application and the perfect weapon is so small that it's not existed. We should understand that all old fashion protective methods are falling. The nanorobot that goes wild will just turn the entire body into liquid. And that means we should concern about this kind of application.

The fast-growing cells can slip into the body and lock the blood flow to the brain. Or genetically engineered bacteria can remove mitochondria from the tissue cells. And cause gangrene. Those systems can use to lock the blood flow to cancer cells or remove the mitochondria from the cancer cells. But the same systems can operate as the perfect weapon. 

The thing is that the same bacteria that are creating enzymes for destroying the non-wanted cells can use to destroy the blood veins. And the area of nanotechnology is one of the newest and most promising areas of the medical industry. But the same technology can use to create the most devastating weapons in history. If the nano- or bio-machine will target certain cells that thing can remove tumors. But the same systems can also turn the entire body into liquid.

Do you know, what is Phoenix-effect? It bases the story about Phoenix bird, what would destroy itself, and then the only egg, what it makes would release the next Phoenix-bird. This story is very interesting, and Phoenix bird symbolizes the end and beginning. Before new life can be started must the old one deleted. The effect in the natural environment is that the same species could have two shapes. The harmless vegetarian and beast could alternate in the same animal.


Some bugs like butterflies have this ability and the ultimate example of this is the butterfly what is the very effective beast when it is in the water. But then the adult butterfly lives only a day, and it's only mission is to carry eggs, and that butterfly actually waits that some bird would eat it because that bird would carry the eggs in the different place. When we are thinking about the mysterious animals, I have sometimes thought, that could be the ultimate transformation between animal and vegetarian shape be possible.


In this hypothetical or imaginational case, the species would have two DNA:s in its cells, and it could select, which one will it use. And that could allow the total change of the shape between animals and example trees. There are some very interesting thoughts about the UFO:s, humanoids, and retroviruses. Sometimes somebody has talked about the study project, what is called STORK or "Starlight Coalition". In that hypothetical project would the captured humanoid bodies use to isolate DNA or RNA what would be used to produce an artificial "Chimera"-type virus.


And that virus would be injected to the human agent, who could slip in the UFO because the virus would transfer that person as humanoid. This is like in the movie "Avatar", where the human agent would transform as the alien by using retrovirus. That agent would observe the use of the alien spacecraft and technology. And when that person would return, would the retrovirus injected to that person again, and then transform our agent back into human shape. But the problem is, that nobody officially has captured humanoid spacecraft in any airbase. So if there would be not humanoid bodies, the virus would not be created. And officially we have no contact with humanoids, but this kind of thoughts are very easy to think during the boring day.

Kun puhutaan Rosetta-luotaimen mahdollisesti komeettojen keskeltä löytämästä elämästä, niin ensinnäkin voidaan sanoa suoraan, että tuo löytö vaatii vielä paljon analyysejä, jotta tuo elämän olemassaolo voidaan sitten varmentaa. Kuitenkin on olemassa mahdollisuus siihen, että tuolla avaruuden äärettömyydessä, lähes absoluuttisessa nollapisteessä olisi oikeasti joitakin viruksia tai bakteereja, jotka ovat ehkä peräisin jopa toisesta aurinkokunnasta tai galaksista. Toisaalta tuollainen alkukantainen DNA- tai RNA-pätkä voisi olla lähtöisin ehkä Marsista, ja päätynyt leijumaan avaruuden tyhjyyteen singottuaan avaruuteen ehkä silloin, kun planeettaan osui meteoriitti, ja ehkä tuo mahdollisesti vesipisaran sisään jäänyt perimäaines voisi siirtyä ihmiseen tai johonkin muuhun eliöön, ja aiheuttaa epidemioita Maan pinnalla.

Jos tuo vesipisara tai mineraalisulkeuma, missä tuo perimäaines on kiertää avaruudessa sellaisella etäisyydellä, että siellä vallitsee täydellinen kylmyys, niin silloin se saattaa olla vaarallinen myös elämälle Maan pinnalla. Ongelma sitten on se, että Rosetta ei havaitsisi muutenkaan elämää, koska siinä ei ole mitään laitteita elämän etsimiseen. Mutta viruksen havaitseminen sen aineenvaihduntatuotteiden perusteella on täysin mahdotonta, koska viruksella ei ole mitään omaa aineenvaihduntaa. Mutta Rosettan laitteet voivat havainnoida sitä, että sisältävätkö nämä sen kaappaamat kivensirut tai jääkappaleet sellaisia aineita, että DNA tai RNA-molekyylien olemassaolo olisi mahdollista.

Mutta kuten monesti on todettu, niin tietenkin aina löytyy epäilijöitä, ja vasta kun ensimmäinen komeetta tuodaan huippuvarmistettuun ehkä Kuussa sijaitsevaan laboratorioon, missä tiedemiehet tekevät sille kokeita kauko-ohjattujen välineiden avulla, niin silloin saamme lopullisen vastauksen siitä, että onko tuossa kyseisessä komeetassa elämän jäänteitä. Kuitenkin mitään yleispätevää vastausta ei yhden löydön perusteella voi antaa, ja aina voidaan sanoa, että Rosettan rakentajat olivat ehkä yskineet luotaimen pinnalle, jolloin testiympäristö olisi pilalla. Kun puhutaan noista avaruuden viruksista, niin tietenkin pahin mahdollinen skenaario voisi pyöriä sellaisen asian ympärillä, että humanoidit kylväisivät  Maapallolle viruksia, jotka sitten muuttaisivat meidät humanoideiksi.

Tällainen skenaario tietenkin on varmasti herättänyt hiukan hymyjä noissa tiedemies-piireissä, mutta todellisuudessa sellaisessa tapauksessa, että tuollainen organismi pääsisi Maapallolla irti, voisi seurauksena olla miljoonien ihmisten kuolema. Eli tuollainen perimäaines tietenkin voi olla peräisin myös Maapallolta, josta se ehkä on lähtenyt avaruuteen jonkun luotaimen itsensä mukana, ja sitten kosminen säteily voi muuttaa sen toimintaa siten, että tuosta mahdollisesti täysin vaarattomasta viruksesta tulee vaarallinen tautien aiheuttaja, ja kukaan ei tiedä, mitä vuosien kosminen säteily oikeasti aiheuttaa jokaiselle maailman organismille.
