Sociology, and its importance for workplaces spirit.

Sociology means actually social investigations, and that science is the very important role in the workplaces. If the persons in the workplace are the wrong types, that would mean, that the working days can be like hell. The sociologist's mission would find the suitable persons for the team. And the key element is that they should fit for work together. One of the most difficult situations is that the partner of some worker works the opposite way than our main character. If some person wants to work like, all the jobs what this person can let pend to the next day. And that would be the little bit embarrassing.


There is not actually the right way to make jobs, and some persons want to make them right away when the boss gives it to them. But somebody would put those jobs for pending.  That would make schisma between persons.  That kind of things make problems to the social relationships, and cause the fights in the workplace. The thing, what makes those things difficult is that in the normal life, the boss would satisfy when the job is done in time. When those jobs are done is insignificant.


When we are thinking about the persons, who are opposite personalities they have something to learn from the opponent. We have difficult to find the golden middle road. We always are looking for extreme solutions to every problem, what we will face in the real life. There are many persons, who would understand the pending, that those jobs are mounted, and those persons are lazy.


But the other extreme person could also be painful. They might start the job without any discussions with other members of the team. That would sometimes cause misunderstandings, and sometimes drawings or other plans must do many times because those things depend on the time and will of other contractors and if the customer would not accept some part of the plans, must that thing do again.


If the jobs are starting without discussions and meetings with other members of the team and customer,  that would cause very much extra work. And if something in the working process is impossible should that be told in the team. Working life is teamwork, and if somebody would not dare to ask important questions, would many things go wrong. Nobody even can make the house alone, and that's why there are teams, what is working in the building sites. Time is also the very important resource. If the timetables are too short or tight,  the problem would raise in the workforce. If there are not enough workers the properly made work would be impossible.


And if the time in workplaces spends with conflicts and other unnecessary actions, will the job ever is done. So there must be the team, what is able to make their job properly. Because if there would be some repairments, that costs money. In those cases, the quilty can be some person, who cannot do the job, but it can also cause by bad materials or other equipment, what would not work properly.


So the ability to make teamwork is the very important role in the work life. If the person cannot co-operate with other people, would that cause many problems in the workplace and private life, and that's the fact. Persons must work together for a collective goal when the job is done, and every conflict or other kinds of destructive are slowing the project, and that would cost money. This is the reason, why the atmosphere in the workplace must be positive, and the people should forget the arguments of the free time when they are at work.

When people are talking about the moons of Jupiter and some African people, whose mythology would tell the existence of those moons, there could be some more terrestrial solution than some ancient astronaut. Probably those people, what are calling Dogon have met some Portuguese or other voyagers, who have told them about those moons. And if we would let our imagination fly, we might think that maybe some astronomer, who comes from Europe or Arabia would be live with Dogons, and maybe those astronomers would be made their observations with Dogons, and this kind of thoughts are very interesting.


Because the name of that astronomer is not mentioned, and that makes this thing very strange. Here I must ask one question, could the telescope make so bog influence to those people, that they would take those observations in their religion. But when we are talking about their knowledge of Sirius B, what existence confirmed by NASA in the year 1970, could be explained that some astronomers or voyagers would be living with those Dogons.


 And again I must ask, who were those astronomers, and why their identity was hidden. If they were radio astronomers, would the metal wires pull across those villages, and then use that thing as the telescope. But were those men work for CIA, and were they in Africa to record the radio signals from KGB messages. In the story of Dogons were not mentioned, when the Sirius B actually came to their stories. But if that star was mentioned after 1970, those Dogons could hear it from the scientists who are from Europe or America. But there is one very interesting theory in my mind. This sound crazy, but if NASA hides the existence of Sirius B from the public until 1970, and those mysterious scientists have spoken about that to Dogons.


Dogons have stories about mysterious bug-shaped things called "the Nommo". Those creatures seem like some kind of bedbugs, and maybe they are some kind of hallucinogenic animals, but there is also the explanation of this creature, what would not feel good. That explanation is, that those "Nommos" would transfer alien in the human body. In this very much imaginational theory, those bugs would transfer the alien neurons to the human body, like in the X-files, and then that those neurons take the target under control. But this is the only theory, what is told in some UFO-discussion groups, and there is no physical evidence about that. But that kind of thing would be the fascinating idea for some book.

What if business idea doesn't work because of single member of the team?

When a business idea doesn’t seem to work must the leader make analyses why that idea doesn’t work. And an idea doesn’t work if money doesn’t come to the cash. Sometimes there is a person in the team who doesn’t want to make money on that team. This person is sometimes called a red king or red queen. This means that this kind of person collects a court, and begin's to talk bad things to dissipate the team. That person's behavior could be very aggressive.

This person might yell to other members of the team, and break a harmony of the team in purpose. In that scenario, we must think that this kind of person makes all team’s work some kind of hell and if the hell is a part of everyday work all team will be destroyed. But if this kind of screaming and yelling focuses only one member of the team, my advice is that publish those things. If another member of the team will do nothing to stop that kind of actions, they will not do that in the future. Just don’t treat them to publish, that doesn’t help you at all.

They will just laugh and say how childish you are. So make a decision what might change your life. Just publish those things, even if daddy says something else. You are an adult person, who has right to write what you want. And even if somebody says that you are not in that company’s lists anymore, I think that you would not be in those worklists anyway even if you kept your mouth closed.  

He or she might just wait for a reason for the shutdown of the company, and reason, why that person is working against of other members reason for that kind of work, must find out.  If somebody doesn’t play a role in the team, or this person sabotages all job what is done, we must ask one single question: did someone else offer another job for him.

That kind of person is very unhappy part of the community. If there is a saboteur in that firm, all jobs will go wrong. Saboteur might order the wrong kind of equipment and make very much worse for their firms. That’s why all kind of actions what will break the harmony of the team must be stopped immediately.

But first thing what group leaders must do, after separation of that person, is a find out the reason why that person worked like he or she worked. Was there some other work offers, and that’s why that person wanted to kill a team. But that doesn’t explain everything. Why didn’t that lion of the team just changed a job?

Was a reason for those actions, what that person did a job offer what consists that firms shut down. And is that because of need some patents of that company? But why offer didn’t just offer to buy that company? Is there something personal, what is covered in those patents. Are some well-known specialists certifications made for other persons?

That doesn’t mean that those certificate from the university is faked. The work what is made for those certifications is made by other people. In this scenario, the wealthy person establishes a company where he or she hires persons to make that schoolwork. When somebody goes that far, that person has a support.
