There have been big headlines of the case of Amelia Earhart in today's news. It's very sure, that if this woman known as Amelia Earhart survived the crash landing, would she send the emergency calls, but the question is, why those emergency signals were not taken seriously? If civilians heard those signals, what this woman send from the lone island, why they didn't contact the authorities or went there to look, what was the trouble? And if those messages would report to authorities, why they would not go to check, what was going on? The radio tracking equipment could locate the place, where emergency calls came, and then there would send an airplane or a ship. But why those emergency signals caused the reactions with anybody?


Those emergency calls would give by frequency, what is reserved only for emergency calls. And there would be more than one transmitter in the plane. The experienced pilot or any other adventurist ever left their life in the hands of a single device. So if the crew of the airplane wanted to give emergency signal they must only push the button and automatic transmission begins. The radios had the accumulator- or battery backup, and that's why that equipment ever left the person in trouble, even if they were in the adventure flight.


If there were sent only one transmission, that might be missed by one operator. But if those calls were given simultaneous, that would be no miss. Of course, those pilots knew about international emergency call signal, and the bigger ships were also heard that. If the emergency signals were heard, every ship in that area had to turn to that transmitter. Experienced radio-operator sends one message, waits for a reply and if there would be no reaction, that person would try again in a couple of minutes. And of course, Earhart had own secret code if Noonan were drunk or violent. Noonan is the very unusual name, and if this man made some mistakes, would those stories came to knowledge.  He was in service of Pan Am before this flight and the question is why this man retired? Was there something, what he wanted to hide?

Was it flying in drunk, or was he do something else in his flight career, and that is the reason. why Pan Am kicked this man away, even if this man made flight routes in Pacific ocean.  Some persons think that maybe this person was fly guns to IRA or cocaine from South America in the service of Mafia or even took part of shooting innocent people from airplanes in Africa or Brasilia, and that might be the reason to kick this man off the Pan Am. Or maybe this man was homosexual, and that was red clothes to Pan Am directors. There are many stories about this tragedy, and maybe they are only legends. And there are many false claims about this kind of cases. But why Noonan retired from his job and wanted to establish the new pilot school in Florida, might have some connections to the case of Earhart.


Many of those photographs that are taken from those persons together are like situation pictures. Not portraying pictures, and in some of those pictures that are taken with sponsors and other men, Noonan seems to act like some kind of "boss". And he seems very serious person. He seems like bothering about publicity and Earhart was actually seemed like more relaxing. In some photographs Noonan  had suit on, and he seems like to act something else than pilot.

There are many theories what happened on that plane. Sometimes I have faced theories, that those pilots committed suicide. In this theory both of them had cancer, and they knew that they would die, and decided to make the suicide for avoiding pains, what that sickness causes. Another version of this theory was, that the family of Amelia Earhart wanted to transform this magnificent woman more common.


And there were called the doctor's psychiatrical institute to make their delusion true. In this theory is the aspect that Earhart was rebellious like many other fascinated persons are, and then somebody of her family was called the psychiatrist to help them. And this was meant the end of this magnificent woman, who decided to make suicide. Those places had the bad reputation in that time, and maybe this could explain this sad accident. But we cannot say anything before the wreck of the airplane would be found.

Amelia Earhart’s bones have been found, and did the misunderstanding of the markings cause the loss of this pilot?

One of the most well known lost pilot Amelia Earhart’s (1897-1937)  bones had been found in 1940’s at some island in Pacific area. The question of this case has been actually, why Earhart was lost on why her airplane was dropped or why this woman made an emergency landing in 1937 when she tried to do the first around the world flight, what was made by the woman. This case has been kept open because the historians wanted to know, what dropped this 39 years old woman from the sky? There was nobody, who even thought that Earhart could be alive in 1937. But the thing what made this story so remarkable was, that Earhart or her map reader Noonan didn’t send any emergency call in that night.  Did the misunderstanding with the markings of this aircraft models XC-36 and E.10 cause the accident?

The airplane what Earhart used in that adventure was quite new. It was Lockheed Electra E.10. One model of this airplane (XC-35)  had the pressurized cabin, what allowed high altitude flight. And this plane had the capacity to fly above the weather. The reason, why the emergency call would not send might be that there were became the hole in the pressure cabin, but in Wikipedia were not mentioned was this pressurized cabin installed one plane in this Electra E.10 series. And did Earhart just misunderstand that every one of those planes had the pressurized cabin,  and this could cause danger situation in the air? I have read interesting theory about this plane’s role in the accident of Amelia Earhart. It is so unbelievable that nobody actually believes that. It goes that maybe Earhart was misunderstood that she had in the use this XC-35 model, what has the pressurized cabin,

And then she just rises too high, and then those pilots were unconscious If the pilot misunderstands the maximum safe flying altitude was higher than in the real plane, the situation might turn dangerous. If Earhart climbed too high for glide from the skies, that could be the reason for this accident. In this theory, Earhart was planned to climb very high, and glide part of the trip, because that allows flying far ahead to the island, where would be luxuries for those tired pilots. This was caused the accident and death of those two pilots. This Lockheed Electra E.10 was also used for developing the military model C.36B or UC-36B. But in some case


Some other people believe that the death of Earhart was an attentate, what was made Mafia or German intelligence. The first case was that somebody would want her insurance money and the second one was that German military intelligence wanted the high flight technology what was used in this plane. Or maybe Earhart just miscalculated something, and that was caused the leak of fuel. But why she didn’t send the emergency call is the thing what makes this thing interesting.

Tapaus Amelia Earhart vuodelta 1937 on edelleen yksi maailman arvoituksellisimmista katoamisista

Amelia Earhartin (1892-1937) katoaminen vuonna 1937 on jostain syystä edelleen yksi maailman omituisimmista katoamistapauksista. Hänen ruumistaan etsitään yhä erittäin aktiivisesti, vaikka tuo nainen julistettiin kuolleeksi 5.1.1939, mikä on tietenkin joidenkin mielestä vähän liian nopeasti tehty oikeustoimi, koska tuolla Tyynellämerellä on paljon saaria, ja niiden tutkimiseen menee vielä moderneilla välineillä ja  menetelmillä hyvin kauan aikaa. Kyseinen oikeustoimi kuitenkin sai aikaan sen, että Earhartin mies kustantaja George P. Putnam (1887-1950) pääsi hänen omaisuutensa herraksi, ja joidenkin mielestä tuo Putnam minkä kanssa Earhart oli ollut naimisissa vuodesta 1931 olisi saattanut murhata Earhartin, mutta mitään todisteita tuosta väitteestä ei ole.

Kuitenkin tuo herra Putnam meni uusiin naimisiin 21.5.1939, mikä kertoo sitten hänen suhteestaan Earhartiin. Eli sen epäiltiin olevan lähinnä taloudellisiin syihin perustuva liitto, mutta kuitenkin Putnamilla ei rahasta ollut puutetta, joten ainakaan taloudellinen syy ei sitten ollut syy tuohon Earhartin murhaan. Vaikka joskus on eteen tullut sellaisia väitteitä, että Earhart olisi saanut avioliitossaan selville jotain Mafian asioita, ja siksi joutunut murhatuksi. Mutta kuten sanotaan, niin Putnamilla ei ainakaan tiettävästi ollut suhteita tuohon järjestöön. Tietenkin tuo kone: Lockheed Electra oli varmasti kiinnostanut ulkovaltojen tiedustelua, koska siinä oli paineistettu hytti, mikä mahdollisti paljon suuremman lentokorkeuden kuin perinteisissä koneissa, koska paineistettu hytti esti lentäjien ruumiinnesteiden kiehumisen, kun lennettiin äärimmäisissä korkeuksissa. Ja paineistettu hytti on stratosfäärikoneen toiminnan edellytys, ellei lentäjillä ole painepukua käytössään 

Ja joidenkin mielestä koko etsintää ei jostain syystä tuolloin edes haluttu suorittaa kunnolla, vaikka siihen osallistui useita laivoja sekä Japanista että USA:sta, ja esimerkiksi USS Lexington lähetti koneitaan suorittamaan etsintöjä. Tuo etsintä oli aikansa kallein, ja maksoi 4 miljoonaa dollaria. Viimeinen havainto Earhartista oli 2.7.1937, kun hän yritti yhteyttä radion kautta- Hän lensi katoamisen aikaan Lockheed Electra koneella maailman ympäri, ja syy tämän konetyypin valintaan oli se, että hän halusi lentää kaksimoottorista konetta, koska tuolloin saattaisi tulla ongelmia toisen moottorin kanssa.

Hän ei katoamisensa aikana kuitenkaan ollut ensimmäistä kertaa lentämässä yksin pitkiä matkoja, vaan oli lentänyt ennen yksin Atlantin yli. mutta ongelmallisin oli tietenkin Tyynenmeren ylitys, koska se vaati välilaskun Havaijilla, ja silloin tietenkin piti osua oikealle saarelle, Se tuotti varmaan eniten vaikeuksia. Tuolloin Earhart saattoi tietenkin saada lukemisekseen jonkun Tyynellämerellä lentäneen lentäjän ”nuotit”, ja tuolloin herää sellainen kysymys, että muistiko Earhart kysyä kummasta suunnasta lentäjä lähestyi tuota saarta?

Earhart ei toki lentänyt tuolloin vuonna 1937 tapahtuneella kohtalokkaalla lennolla konettaan yksin, vaan hänellä oli kaverinaan navigaattori Fred Noonan, jonka virhettä epäillään syyksi tuon koneen tuhoutumiseen sen matkatessa kohti Havaijia. Mutta kuten tiedämme, niin tuo lento oli siitä hyvin tyypillinen tapaus ilmailun historiassa, että vain Earhartin nimi muistetaan. Ja ehkä tuolla koneessa sitten oli tullut jonkinlainen riita tai kommunikaatiokatkos, ja ehkä Earhart oli unohtanut herättää ehkä hän vain unohti mainita Noonanille aikovansa ottaa pienet torkut Noonanin, tai sitten tapahtui päinvastoin siitä emme koskaan saisi tietää. Tai ehkä Noonan oli unohtanut merkitä koneen suunnan näihin papereihin.

Eli tuo lentäjä saattoi lentää reittilentoja posti lentokoneella, ja silloin hän lähestyi saarta aina samalta puolelta, jolloin Earhartin olisi pitänyt kysyä, kummasta suunnasta Idästä vai Lännestä hän tuota saarta lähestyi? Kuitenkin itseäni ihmetyttää, että miksi tuo lentäjä luovutti muistiinpanonsa Earhartille välittämättä perehdyttää tätä tuohon lentoon, joka oli kuitenkin paljon vaativampi kuin normaali postilento. Mutta saattoiko se että tuo ensimmäinen lento tapahtui toiseen suuntaan saattoi sitten aiheuttaa tuon naisen kuoleman. Eli kääntyikö hän vain yksinkertaisesti väärään suuntaan kesken lennon?

Tuolloin Earhart olisi sitten kuollut siksi, että hän oli vain unohtanut kääntää VOR-signaalin toisin päin, eli kun lentokone lensi tuolloin erittäin pitkiä matkoja meren päällä, niin lentokoneen lentäjän ei tarvinnut nähdä tähtiä, vaan noilla lentokentillä oli käytössään laite, mitä kutsutaan nimellä VOR, mikä on oikeastaan vain kaksi suunnattua radiolinkkiä, joiden välissä lentäen saattoi lentäjä sitten päätellä oliko hän lentämässä oikeaan suuntaan.

Mutta jos lentäjä lensi sitten vain yhden VOR-säteen mukaan, ja hän oli lähestymässä tuota kenttää vastakkaisesta suunnasta kuin yleensä, niin silloin tietenkin jos hän ei tehnyt tarkistusliikettä, niin hän lensi silloin poispäin tuosta reitistä, joka olisi vienyt hänet lentokentälle. Eli kuten tekstistä voidaan päätellä, niin Earhart katosi lennon aikana, ja tuota katoamista pidetään erittäin mystisenä, vaikka tuolloin lentäminen oli paljon vaarallisempaa kuin nykyään.

Joidenkin ihmisten mielestä tapaukseen liittyy jonkinlainen rikos, jonka motiivia ei kuitenkaan juuri kukaan ole kyennyt selvittämään. Tuolloin kysytään, että houkuteltiinko hänet pois reitiltä väärennetyillä radiokutsuilla sekä valoilla, joilla esitettiin että hän oli lähestymässä rantaa, mutta mikä tuon teon motiivi sitten oikeastaan olisi ollut? Se että tuosta tapauksesta kirjoitetaan todella paljon kiinnostaa varmasti monia, ja juuri tuo outo julkisuus varmasti sitten saa aikaan sen, että tapauksen ympärillä on edelleen paljon kohua.

Kun tuota lentoa ajatellaan, niin kuitenkin voidaan pitää hyvin epätodennäköisenä sitä, että Earhartin murhalle olisi ollut mitään motiivia. Toisaalta jos hän oli antanut ”pakit” jollekin kosijalleen, niin se sitten olisi voinut aiheuttaa sen, että joku tuhosi hänen koneensa. Toisaalta voidaan ehkä ajatella sitä, että jos tuo salaperäinen ”ihailija” olisi sitten tehnyt Earhardia varten ”nuotteja” tuolle lennolle olisi sitten ottanut nokkiinsa, ja jättänyt työnsä kesken, jolloin tuo VOR-signaalin muuttuminen peilikuvakseen olisi jäänyt merkitsemättä, kun tuo kirjoittaja olisi käskenyt ”hänen itse tehdä tämänkin työn”, mikä ehkä olisi sitten saattanut aiheuttaa Earhartin kuoleman.

Tai ehkä sitten Earhart olisi itse ryhtynyt tekemään lentosuunnitelmaa, mutta ei ollut huomannut, että ne oli jo tehty peilikuvakseen. Mutta miksi Earhart olisi kenenkään muun antanut tehdä tuota työtä, on tietenkin jäänyt selvittämättä, ja miksi sitten tuo salaperäinen kirjoittaja ei tuosta muutoksesta sitten mitään olisi kertonut tuolle lentäjättärelle osittain kumoaa tämän teorian. Eli tappoiko Amelie Earhartin vain se että jonkun piti käydä vessassa. 

Se mikä tekee tästä asiasta ihmeellisen on se, että vielä vuosikymmenien jälkeen paikalle tuodaan ruumiskoiria, vaikka Earhart on niin kauhean vanha tapaus. Kuitenkin tuoreempiakaan katoamisia ei noin intensiivisesti tutkita, ja se mikä tässä tapauksessa sitten kiinnostaakin on se, että sitä käsitellään kuin tuoreita tapauksia. Ja syyksi tuohon katoamiseen esitetään välillä Mafiaa tai Saksan tiedustelua, välillä UFO:ja sekä välillä inhimillistä erehdystä.
