Suurten vahingonkorvausten ongelmista


Kirkon polttaja sai teostaan neljän miljoonan Euron vahinhonkorvaustuomion. Tuota rahasummaa ei valtio tai Porvoon seurakunta koskaan saa tuolta henkilöltä perittyä. Samoin myös esimerkiksi hakkerien sekä muiden datarikollisten aiheuttamat vahingot voivat kivuta mielikuvituksellisiin summiin. Ja myöskään nuo tietokonerikolliset eivät koskaan tule tuosta teostaan tai kirjoittamistaan ohjelmistoista aiheutuvia kustannuksia tule koskaan korvaamaan, ja tämä tekee mahdolliseksi sen, että henkilö pakkovärvätään viruskirjoittajaksi esimerkiksi NSA:n tai GRU:n toimesta. Nuo vakoilujärjestöt ovat palkanneet kuulemma jopa pankkirosvoja riveihinsä tekemään omia likaisia töitään. Eli jos joku jää hakkeroinnista eli datavakoilusta kiinni,  niin NSA voi silloin väittää hänen toimineen omin päin. Ja tuo vanki voi toimia etäkäytön avulla johonkin asuntoon tai vankilan kirjastoon asennetun tietokoneen kautta, niin että tuota toimintaa ei voida mitenkään yhdistää NSA:han tai GRU:hun. Ja miksi he eivät tuohon tarjoukseen suostuisi, kun siinä työssä sitten saa ainakin tehdä työtä, mikä on jotenkin mielenkiintoista.

Joten myös tietokoneviruskirjoittajia sekä hakkereita voidaan värvätä tällaisten valtion virastojen toimesta heidän palvelukseensa. Tuollainen datarikollisten rangaistuslaitos voi olla esimerkiksi aivan tavallisen vankilan näköinen ulkoa katsottuna, mutta sisällä sen työsalit voivat muistuttaa esimerkiksi ATK-luokkaa, missä nuo henkilöt toimivat esimerkiksi NSA:n valvonnassa, ja suorittavat turvallisuusoperaatioitaan turvallisuuspalvelun valvoessa toimintaa. Myös tuhopolttoja on tekaistu todella paljon, ja syynä on monesti ollut esimerkiksi vakuutuspetos. Eli kun liiketoimet eivät ole sujuneet toivotulla tavalla, niin sitten yhtiön toimitilat on poltettu johtajan toimesta, jotta saadaan rahat vakuutuksesta.  Ja tietenkin jotkut ovat tähän toimintaan myös apulaisia pestanneet.

Näet on paljon turvallisempaa olla vaikka toisessa maassa, kun toimitila poltetaaan, jotta epäilyt eivät kohdistu yhtiön johtoon. Ja tämä tietenkin on syy siihen, miksi asiattomat henkilöt eivät saa lukea rikosrekisterejä. Näet jos tieto vahingonkorvauksesta  lähtee leviämään, voi tuollaisen tuhopolttajan palkkaaminen olla helppoa, koska jos henkilön taloudellinen tilanne on erittäin huono, ja taustalla on ennestään rikoksia, niin silloin saattaa seurauksena olla tilanne, missä henkilö sitten lähtee tekemään toisen palkkaamana rikosta tekemään.

The shape of the brain means more than neuro connectivity.

Well, we might say that the brain is in its entirety. Another thing is that all things in the brain have some kind of purpose. The shape of the brain and, especially, the folding of the brain shell are extremely important things. Those folds are expanding the brain's surface areas. Or as you see from the image. The glass fibers are on both sides of the DNA.  DNA molecule is the thing, that involves the genetic code of the cells. Genetically engineered cells can make DNA, and those molecules can used as the nanomaterial's structures. DNA manipulation makes it possible to create new types of extremely strong materials.
